I have studied herbology and used applied plant medicine, wildcrafted, grown, and created herbal teas, and tinctures for myself, family, friends and colleagues for over 25 years. I have worked in horticulture, business and healthcare for a combination of over 30 years. My recent passions and experience are in Crystal healing, Reiki, Indian Head and Foot massage, meditation, acupressure, aura cleansing, chakra balance and various holistic healing practices while working with priestesses, shamans and mentors. I love to spend time with my 3 children and cat in my zen space at home or out in nature in the forests hiking, skiing or on the water kayaking. All things green, and gardening are my passion and collecting and working with mother earths gems and crystals. My soul soars when I connect with women in circle and celebrate magickal ways of our ancestors. I believe that all life flows through us and to us from a divine universal energy source.

Lisa graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2024 and has received her designation as a Registered Massage Therapist in BC. Her sessions are now covered under extended health benefits.
Lisa’s approach to massage is gentle yet effective, weaving intuition with her knowledge of the body and a wide variety of treatment techniques. (Please note she does not offer sustained deep-tissue massage sessions.)
Lisa is also a Registered Craniosacral Therapist, and finds this work can be very effective at calming the nervous system. She’s been working in the healing arts for about 15 years with a background as a Registered Nurse.
She has a special interest in working with those who have jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction) and related headaches, as well as working with Highly Sensitive People, who can especially benefit from a nervous-system focused treatment style.
Her intention is for every person to feel deeply relaxed while also feeling empowered, having learned a little more about their body after every soothing session.
When she’s not working, you can find Lisa wandering in the woods, riding her motorcycle, or reading a book with a cat (or two) on her lap.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, always feeling the benefits of yoga for my body, mind and spirit. Yoga offers me a space to calm my mind, focus on my breath and align my body in different ways. I completed my yoga teacher training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Mexico in 2019, with a focus on Hatha flow, Yin and Restorative yoga. I’m so happy that I can share my yoga experience with others, hopefully inspiring people to open their minds, hearts and bodies to the magic of yoga. In my classes you can expect some fun music, lots of variations and options, a little silliness, and a generous Savasana. See you on your mat!
