Jackson graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy on Vancouver Island in 2019,
and is spending time in Rossland temporarily. He approaches massage and manual therapy
through the lens of the nervous system. From his personal and professional experiences, he
has seen how massage therapy can be used to help change your awareness and perception to
areas in the body that have become sensitive, irritable, and stuck in a holding pattern. He uses
a slow, intentional approach to connect with your body and nervous system.
Sessions are interactive and person-centered with a goal to facilitate ease, comfort and in your body. Each
session he gathers information and gets context to help direct the assessment and course of
treatment, taking time to check in throughout.
Jackson might ask for some participation from you during each session, which can involve
gentle movement while he engages that area of your body. Most of the session is done on the
treatment table, but sometimes treatment can be done sitting or upright, assessing how the
body moves in space. With that said, he asks that you wear comfortable loose-fitted gym wear
(shorts, tank top/sports bra) and he will ensure that you are comfortable.
Jackson has professional interests in psychology, body language, expressive movement, and
the importance of breath awareness to help self regulate the nervous system. Outside of the
clinic, he spends a lot of time playing music and exploring the outdoors.

Michelle is a manual therapist studying at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in her fourth and final year of study. Her approach to therapy is informed by years of post-secondary study, athletic conditioning, and self-study of various healing modalities.
Previously, Michelle worked as a registered nurse primarily with maternity and pediatric populations, but after experiencing burnout and witnessing patients struggle with chronic pain and illnesses, she transitioned to manual therapy to focus on proactive health and wellness. After personally experiencing the benefits of osteopathic manual therapy, Michelle is committed to helping clients find their inherent health and wellness. Her goal is to identify the root cause of your concerns to prevent pain and symptoms from returning.
Manual therapy treatments utilize an osteopathic approach that gently mobilizes joints, muscles, fascia, organs, and cranial membranes to ease pain and restrictions while improving wellness. Treatment styles and techniques may include gentle joint mobilization, cranial tension balancing, myofascial release, trigger point release, targeted muscle activation, and visceral (internal organs) techniques.

Lisa recently graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy and has received her designation as a Registered Massage Therapist in BC. Her sessions are now covered under extended health benefits.
Lisa’s approach to massage is gentle yet effective, weaving intuition with her knowledge of the body and a wide variety of treatment techniques. (Please note she does not do sustained deep-tissue massage.)
Lisa is also a Registered Craniosacral Therapist, and finds this work to be extremely effective at calming the nervous system. She’s been working in the healing arts for about 15 years with a background as a Registered Nurse.
She has a special interest in working with those who have jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction) and related headaches, as well as working with Highly Sensitive People, who can especially benefit from a nervous-system focused treatment style.
Her intention is for every person to feel deeply relaxed while also feeling empowered, having learned a little more about their body after every soothing session.
When she’s not working, you can find Lisa wandering in the woods, riding her motorcycle, or reading a book with a cat (or two) on her lap.
**Please note: Lisa is not accepting ICBC or WCB cases at this time
